Everglow Home Services

Customer service agreement

Standard terms for residential services in Lewistown, PA and surrounding areas.

1. Scope and price

Everglow Home Services will perform only the services listed in the accepted quote. Starting prices are estimates. The final price may change based on the home's actual square footage, number of window panes and sills, accessibility, condition, materials, and any additional work approved by the customer.

2. Existing property conditions

The customer agrees to tell Everglow about known leaks, loose siding or shingles, damaged gutters, fragile windows, failing seals, hidden wiring, underground utilities, and other unsafe or delicate conditions. Everglow is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, ordinary wear, or damage caused when an existing weak or defective part fails during normal service.

3. Access and preparation

The customer will provide safe access to the work area, working outdoor water and electrical connections when needed, and permission to enter the property. Vehicles, decorations, furniture, pets, and other obstacles must be moved or secured before service. Extra time or return trips caused by blocked or unsafe access may result in an additional charge.

4. Service limitations

Cleaning improves appearance but may not remove permanent stains, oxidation, mineral deposits, paint failure, or damage already present. Holiday lights remain Everglow property unless the quote says otherwise. Everglow may adjust placement when a requested installation would be unsafe or could damage the home.

5. Weather and scheduling

Outdoor work depends on safe weather and site conditions. Everglow may delay, pause, or reschedule service because of rain, wind, ice, extreme temperatures, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. A weather delay is not a breach of this agreement.

6. Payment

Any deposit shown on the quote is due before materials are purchased or time is reserved. Unless the quote states otherwise, the remaining balance is due when service is complete. The customer is responsible for approved additions and reasonable costs caused by undisclosed site conditions or lack of access.

7. Cancellation

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be applied to materials already purchased, reserved seasonal inventory, or work already performed. Any remaining refundable amount will be handled according to the accepted quote and applicable Pennsylvania law.

8. Approval and responsibility

The customer confirms they own the property or are authorized to approve the work. The customer will inspect the completed work promptly and notify Everglow of a concern within 48 hours so the company has a reasonable opportunity to review and correct it.

Entire agreement

This service agreement and the accepted quote contain the complete agreement for the work. Changes must be agreed to by both parties. Pennsylvania law applies. If one part cannot be enforced, the remaining parts stay in effect.
